About Me

I’ve always been fascinated by movement and how the body heals and adapts. Growing up as an athlete, I learned firsthand the power of training, rehab, recovery, and proper guidance. That experience inspired me to pursue a career in Physical Therapy. Over the past 16+ years since entering the field, I’ve had the privilege of helping people of all ages and abilities regain strength, mobility, and confidence. I’ve worked with everyone from individuals managing complex neurological injuries, to post-surgery patients, to those with chronic pain, everyday and professional athletes, and everyone in between. My focus is always on designing programs that are safe, effective, and tailored to each person’s unique goals.

I love finding creative ways to help people overcome their challenges and achieve outcomes beyond what traditional therapy and training often provides. I strive to bridge the gap between rehab and fitness, as I feel this is something that is really missing in our field.

What drives me most is seeing clients transform - not just physically, but in how they feel about their bodies and what they’re capable of. I’m passionate about one-on-one care, providing attentive, personalized sessions, and creating a space where clients feel supported, motivated, and empowered. Helping people move better, recover faster, and enjoy life in their bodies is why I do what I do, and it’s what makes my work so rewarding every single day.
