What’s included:

Initial Consultation Call: We’ll review your goals, daily activity, and current pain/limitations. I’ll observe key movement patterns/mobility impairments to identify areas of focus.

Program Design: Receive clear, actionable programming and guidance on Foundations, Mobility, Injury Recovery, &/or Strength in order to improve weak or restricted areas, enhance movement efficiency, and prevent injury. This can include strengthening under-active muscles, mobility drills, activation exercises, and movement pattern practice designed to compliment your current training.


Ongoing Support & Adjustments: Regular check-ins to assess form, review progress, keep you accountable, and provide guidance and modifications to advance mobility and rehab programs as needed.

Fitness Coaching

Work toward your health & fitness goals with a supportive coach who adapts your plan as your needs and goals evolve through guidance from a Personal Trainer.

What’s included:

Initial Consultation Call: We’ll discuss your goals, current workouts, lifestyle, and any limitations. This helps create a foundation for a program that fits your schedule and abilities - personalized to you.

Program Design: Receive a customized training plan that aligns with your goals and meets you where you’re at. Programs can include Foundations for those just starting their fitness journey, Strength & Progressive Overload programs for those wanting to get strong, build muscle and improve body composition, and Performance programs for those looking to take their fitness to the next level. You can choose frequency of training sessions to fit your schedule and your goals.


Ongoing Support & Adjustments: Regular check-ins to assess form, review progress, keep you on track, and provide modifications and advancements to current program. Text and email support (along with regular check-ins) ensure you are supported every step of the way.

Nutrition Coaching

Fuel your body, build healthy habits, optimize energy, and achieve sustainable results through guidance from a Certified Nutrition Coach.

What’s included:

Initial Consultation Call: We’ll discuss your goals, current eating habits, lifestyle, and preferences. Together, we’ll identify opportunities to improve nutrition and develop a custom plan to create success.

Program Design: Receive actionable, personalized nutrition guidance either through basic Habit Coaching or Macro-Based Coaching tailored to your specific needs and goals. Programs can include building balanced eating, sleep, and recovery habits, lifestyle strategies, specific macro targets and meal plans, along with strategies to optimize energy, body composition, performance, and long-term health.


Ongoing Support & Adjustments: Regular check-ins to review what’s working (and what is not), provide accountability, and make adjustments to your plan in order to help you stay and track and reach your goals.
